I deeply appreciated to spend three days in ryla. There are several activities in this challenging program, including team building, inspirational speeches, leadership training, outward bound, social activities and so on. They could enhance our personal development, leadership skills and good citizenship.
During the first day, we played a game that could help our team members get closer. By discussing and coming up with any ideas, we knew one another and became friends. In addition, we joined a fantastic party with a cool band at the night. Everyone was crazy, especially me! I really had fun then and I always can not forget how happy we were. When the party ended, I thought we could go back our rooms to sleep since we all were exhausted. However we got to work to decide the slogan of our team. We did not sleep until 2 a.m.

In the second day, we ignored the annoying morning call due to our tiring but we still woke up at 7 o’clock to have breakfast. In the following, We met two speakers, one was a girl who devotes herself to helping local farmers and disadvantaged kids showed what she gained from the journeys of service, the other was a man who taught us how to give a professional presentation to attract people’s attention. Both speeches were excellent and I enjoyed it. After all activities were over, I knew we could not sleep early again since the competitive presentation.
In the finally day, we participated in a character unforgettable building program called OBT, which focuses on leadership, communication, and trust. During this activity, I helped others who faced troubles, kept members ‘lives, and told myself that I could do it. I was proud that I was the only woman to complete the job within my team. In the afternoon, there was the most excited part during this camp. I thought every team did a great job since we accomplished the presentation in little time. We tried our best with all efforts and felt satisfied with that.

Thanks to ryla,I would have the opportunity to exchange ideas about service ideas and discuss leadership with others. I also learned how to lead and how to be led through those games. It is worth to attend and make my life different.
